We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at Rosewood London. The Accounts Assistant is responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, particularly accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating city ledger invoices and sending them to clients
  • Assisting with credit card reconciliations
  • Sending copies of invoices to guests and retrieving backup information
  • Following up on outstanding payments
