As an In Room Dining Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most personalised expressions of Rosewood hospitality. Leading the day-to-day operation of in-room dining, you will ensure every order is delivered with precision, elegance, and care—creating exceptional experiences within the privacy of our guests’ suites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and support the In Room Dining team during service, ensuring a collaborative and guest-focused culture at all times.
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of all in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation consistently meet five-star standards.
- Conduct structured pre-shift briefings, communicating VIP arrivals, guest preferences, dietary requirements, and operational priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest enquiries, resolving requests and concerns with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service flow and exceptional guest delivery.
- Maintain rigorous control of service standards, presentation, hygiene, and financial accuracy across all IRD operations.
- Coach, train, and develop team members through on-the-floor leadership and continuous feedback.
- Support operational performance by monitoring costs, reducing waste, and identifying opportunities to elevate efficiency and service quality.
