We are currently looking for a Commis Waiter to join our team in Mirror Room Restaurant at Rosewood London. Our Commis Waiters are appointed to support the restaurant floor team to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key expectations of this role are:

  • Planning and arranging appropriate Mise en place for the different meal periods.
  • Efficiently supporting the restaurant floor team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
  • Assisting with the general cleanliness in all areas.
  • Running food to the guest floor and preparing hot drinks.
