- Support the delivery of associate engagement initiatives, recognition activity, and Talent & Culture communications that strengthen the sense of community, belonging, and shared purpose across the property.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and hospitality networks to ensure a strong and diverse candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Contribute to Talent & Culture projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities — including policy reviews, liaising with property troncmaster on monthly tronc processes, employer brand activity, and any people initiatives that help make The Chancery Rosewood an exceptional place to work.
- Connection: You build trusted relationships naturally — with candidates, managers, and associates alike — and understand that the Talent & Culture function is only as effective as the trust it earns.
- Associate-Centricity: You approach every recruitment campaign, onboarding, and ER case with genuine care and attention to detail, because you know the experience matters to the people involved.
