As Head of Wine, you will lead the strategic and commercial development of The Chancery Rosewood’s wine programme — a rare opportunity to build one of London’s leading hotel wine destinations, combining deep wine expertise with direct ownership of buying, pricing, and cellar strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead the wine programme end-to-end — from buying strategy and cellar management to pricing, guest experience, and long-term commercial performance.
Build direct relationships with growers, producers, and importers, using the hotel’s EORI number to secure exclusive allocations and favourable terms.
Develop and curate the wine list, ensuring depth, breadth, and long-term value that reflect The Chancery Rosewood’s ambition and guest profile.
Train and inspire the wider F&B team, building wine knowledge, confidence, and guest engagement across every outlet.
Represent The Chancery Rosewood within London’s wine community, building the property’s profile, network, and industry recognition.
