Casual Spa Attendant

Role

We are currently looking for a Casual Spa Attendant to join our team of associates in the Sense Spa at Rosewood London. Our Casual Spa Attendants are appointed to create memorable experiences for our guests by carrying out the cleaning, tidying, and maintaining hygiene throughout the Spa.

Key expectations of this role are:

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Rosewood standards.
2. Collecting and distributing laundry, guest supplies, and amenities.
3. Being aware of and complying with Health and Safety within the Spa, upholding these to both guests and associates.
4. Supporting our Spa associates with the service of food and beverages.

2. Being organized and proactive in managing your tasks.
3. Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
4. Possessing a calm and engaging nature.
