Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant In Room Dining Manager to join our In Room Dining team at Rosewood London. The Assistant In Room Dining Managers are entrusted with overseeing all in room dining associates to consistently ensure the delivery of memorable guest experiences in partnership with the Director of Event Operations & In Room Dining.
Key expectations of this role
- Supporting the Director of Event Operations & In Room Dining in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
- Acting as a coach to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.
- Continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement and motivating the team to actively take part in the process to enhance the brand experience.
Profile
- Experience at supervisory level within an upscale and refined hotel environment.
- A thorough understanding of supervising and developing people effectively.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- A sound understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
