We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to other roles within the department, particularly accounts receivable.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Creating city ledger invoices and sending these to clients
- Assisting with credit card reconciliations
- Sending copies of invoices to guests as well as retrieving any backup information
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Assisting with the analysis and calculation of travel agent commissions
