JOB SUMMARY
- Develop marketing strategies, oversee the creative process, manage photography and video asset creation, develop and execute programs and act as brand guardian to oversee tone of voice, and communications.
- Responsible for delivering proactive account management and marketing support to residential licensees by building close working relationships with 3rd party Owners and key internal stakeholders
- Oversee the development of all Residences brand materials and provide guidance for all external residential marketing collateral to meet brand standards
- Responsible for organising and implementing brand immersion training to Ownership Sales and Marketing teams for residential deals and ensuring brand guidelines are met
- Partners with the project Sales and Marketing teams to monitor pricing strategies
- Participates as required in kick-off meetings for deals that include a residential component
- Be Rosewood Hotel Group’s marketing expert on ‘branded residential’, and develop a strategy to position Rosewood Residences as a brand leader
- Establish industry relationships as necessary with agents, developers and agencies
- Alongside CRM support the management of the Rosewood Reserve program for members and lead the planning and communications to manage the owner benefits program and event activations
- Be the custodian of the Residential marketing database and partner with CRM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with regional and hotel property teams to understand marketing and operational issues/concerns. Coordinate with Brand team to ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide divisional training on Global Residential Marketing Policies and communicate the annual plan
- Creates Residential brand standards in conjunction with the Brand Team for all stakeholders: Owner/developer, internal teams, Homeowners Association, Sales and Marketing, IT etc.
- Fosters relationships with owners, developers, investors, consultants, etc., to keep abreast of industry trends, upcoming growth markets, investor sentiment, growth opportunities, potential partnerships, etc.
- Support business development strategies for Rosewood Residences alongside excellent communication skills and project management experience with attention to detail, and able to employ digital marketing
- Manage the marketing budget
- Accountable for all business activity including communications, presentations, research, media, and creation of marketing and brand collateral
- Responsible to update and develop Rosewood residential brand guidelines
- Maintains strong relationships with all owners, agencies, Public Relations firms and consultants
- Works within pre-set budgetary limits
- Models the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values
CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced in managing the relationships with owners and developers
- First-hand knowledge of residential markets globally
- Ability and experience to manage multiple projects to deadlines and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced and fluent command of the English, additional language/s is an advantage
- Ability to work and travel internationally
EXPERIENCE
- Residential marketing background such as with competitive hotel companies or upscale residential developers.
- Real Estate or hotel marketing background.
- Luxury hotel knowledge.
- Luxury goods experience.
