We are looking for a Business Development Manager to seek and close AUV survey opportunities in the oil & gas pipelines and loading lines market. With an initial focus in EU geographies, this role has scope for global growth.

What you can expect:

  • Early-stage prospecting of the pipelines market to determine sales opportunities that support the near and long-term growth of the company.
  • Arrange and lead technical sales meetings to provide a quality overview of our capabilities to audiences that may not be tech-savvy.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer matters with the target market.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives against target customers.
  • Forecast and track business development and sales metrics.
  • Support development and operational teams by providing market and customer feedback.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Strong experience in sales processes, networking, and prospecting with international customers, ideally in the oil & gas industry.
  • Proven ability to understand customer problems and assess commercial potential.
  • Willingness, persistence, and creativity in establishing contact with new prospects and conducting commercial discussions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; you take ownership, move fast, and learn from iteration.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal teams and external stakeholders at various technical and seniority levels.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline to support sales targets.
