Location: UK

As a key representative of the ROSEN Group, you will own the full sales lifecycle for storage tank, piping, NDT inspection and integrity solutions from identifying new opportunities to building long‑term customer partnerships. You will develop and deliver tailored proposals covering inspection, integrity assessment, and compliance solutions, while supporting clients through execution, reporting, and post‑assessment phases. This role combines technical credibility in tank and piping integrity, strategic market insight, and relationship‑driven sales to expand market presence and strengthen ROSEN’s brand in the Oil & Gas industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recognizing and fulfilling the Sales Manager role in accordance with ROSEN’s Sales Process.
  • Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSEN’s targets.
  • Having a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients.
  • Forecasting and tracking of the assigned clients’ sales figures, maintaining ROSEN’s CRM software system up to date.
  • Achieving the targeted market presence and gaining market intelligence.
  • Evaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Providing quotations and proposals, followed up with sales execution and after sales support.
  • Participating in client events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or proven track record in relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (i.e. EEMUA, API, NDT, NACE and regulations) is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working in a (technical) customer‑facing function in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Skilled in negotiation, uses effective listening & questioning.
  • Understand how products, services and resources are bundled to produce tailored CVP (Customer Value Proposition) for customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a challenging environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally for business.
