The Head of Commercial owns the commercial execution strategy across the Challenging Integrity Division at ROSEN, covering all global locations and regions except for North America. The role ensures pipeline health, forecast accuracy, disciplined pricing, and consistent win strategies so that bookings and margins remain predictable and strong.
The Division focuses on challenging in‐line inspections, building on our market‐leading ILI services, using our advanced robotics, tethered, and free‐swimming technologies. We are looking for a senior leader, responsible for shaping and driving the organization's commercial strategy across sales, marketing, business development, and commercial operations. This role ensures sustainable revenue growth, strengthens market position, and builds a high‐performing commercial organization. The role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and data‐driven insights that unlock new opportunities, optimize processes, and enhance the customer experience.
The role involves regular travel to visit clients and colleagues and attend necessary events and conferences.

What you will bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, business development, or commercial operations.
- Proven track record of driving sustained revenue and operational performance.

- Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, customer behavior, and revenue levers.
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales technology tools.
Education
