Rosemount Independent Financial Advisers are a long established and stable financial advisory practice based in Gidea Park. The role will be to provide strong administrative and Paraplanning support to our Financial Advisers. With the right candidate there will be the opportunity for progression.
Responsibilities
- Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submission and the processing of new business for pension and investment plans.
- Producing client portfolio reviews.
- Produce suitability reports and supporting documentation.
- Interpret adviser notes and translate into compliant recommendations.
- New Business Illustrations.
- Trading on provider platforms.
- Routine administrative tasks.
- Maintaining client data on our CRM tool XPLAN.
- Other tasks as allocated by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience/knowledge of life, pension & investment plans.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly organized with a good attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential, minimum 2 years.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent is desirable.
