A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its construction/projects team. The team advises a broad client base including developers, investors, contractors, funders, public sector bodies, consultants and specialist suppliers across a wide range of UK and international construction and infrastructure projects.
The role will focus primarily on non-contentious construction matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts
- Advising on procurement and development structures
- Offering risk management and commercial advice
- Working across sectors including regeneration, accommodation/housing, energy, healthcare, hotels and infrastructure
Candidates should have strong experience advising on:
- JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts
- EPC/EPCM and development agreements
The successful candidate will have prior experience within a similar team.
