We’re looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our high‑performing UK Sales Team. In this role, you’ll grow the presence, distribution and prescribing of Rosemont’s market‑leading portfolio across your region. Working closely with hospitals, CCGs, procurement teams and key opinion leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes and expanding access to innovative liquid medicines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, influencing clinical and commercial stakeholders, and driving measurable results in the NHS environment.

The Ideal candidate for this role is required to be based in Scotland, ideally near Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role includes a generous bonus scheme and a Company Car Allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing sales and prescription volume across your territory by focusing on hospitals, high‑potential primary care accounts and key NHS stakeholders.
  • Building meaningful relationships with procurement pharmacists, practice teams and secondary care clinicians to maximise product adoption.
  • Identifying customer and patient needs and providing tailored solutions aligned to Rosemont’s strengths.
  • Promoting newly licensed and unique products to accelerate their uptake within primary and secondary care settings.
  • Using compliant promotional approaches (face‑to‑face and virtual) in line with ABPI requirements.
  • Analysing sales performance and using CRM insights to strategically plan and prioritise your customer interactions.
  • Remaining fully up‑to‑date with SOPs and supporting a strong culture of quality and health & safety.

What You’ll Bring

  • Multiple years of field sales experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and influencing skills.
  • A driven, self‑motivated mindset with strong attention to detail.
