As our Finance Systems Lead, you’ll play a critical role in driving financial systems excellence and enabling data-driven decision making across Rosemont. Acting as a key business partner, you will lead system enhancements, support strategic projects, and ensure our financial tools and processes empower high-quality insights and business performance. This role will require the successful candidate to work from our Leeds office twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner, supporting cross-functional collaboration and enabling key business objectives.
  • Lead and enhance our Anaplan forecasting tool as the SME, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and improve BI Analytics platforms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Serve as finance lead for our data platform implementation, enabling accurate reporting and robust decision-making.
  • Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning and long-range forecasting to support strategic planning and growth.
  • Provide key financial inputs for our AI strategy and modern data platform development.
  • Support M&A integration activities related to forecasting and reporting.
  • Act as business partner for international subsidiaries.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for financial reporting tools, coaching less experienced colleagues.
What We’re Looking ForEssential Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar systems-focused finance role.
  • PowerBI expertise and strong financial modelling skills.
Ideal Requirements:
  • Experience with data analytics, ERP systems, modern data platforms, Anaplan, and Fabric.
