As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level, proactive support to senior leaders, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. This is a trusted, highly visible role that requires discretion, strong judgement, and exceptional organisational skills. You will act as a key point of coordination across the business, managing complex diaries, communications, and priorities while supporting governance, meetings, and executive‑level activity in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment. This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate working from our Leeds site at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing packs for executive and board‑level meetings
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, off‑sites, and cross‑functional forums, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up
  • Support governance activities, including minute‑taking and document management
  • Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and executive support processes

About You

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior PA role, ideally supporting leadership teams
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and across complex organisations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing professional documentation
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently
