We are looking for a Part Time or Full Time Care Assistant covering day shifts and the occasional night shifts. Reporting to the senior team, you will be responsible for the care and support of those who live with us. As a Care assistant you will be providing support and companionship to our residents, helping them to live each day fully and enjoy their later years, this could include helping them with their personal care, assisting with meals and activities or sharing in memories. You will be following a detailed person-centred care plan ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care. This is your chance to make a positive impact on people's lives.
