Role Description
We are seeking skilled Groundworkers for a full-time, on-site role based in Oxford and Hampshire. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of hands‑on groundwork tasks such as site preparation, landscaping, excavation, drainage installation and general groundwork support. The role involves operating within construction sites while adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Groundworks and Landscaping
- Knowledge of tree work and its integration within construction sites
- Valid CSCS Card is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions
- Strong awareness of health and safety standards on construction sites
- Experience working in live construction environments is advantageous
- Professional attitude with a focus on reliability and consistent performance
