You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we’re preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change. Roselands is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to help drive it forward.
This role is part time 30 hours per week. You would be required to work 1 Saturday a fortnight. There is flexibility on the other days that would be rostered on.
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement.
- Take a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
- Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results-driven culture.
