If you’re passionate about Financial Services and driven to deliver meaningful change and innovation, this could be the perfect next step in your career – even if you have no prior consulting experience. In particular right now they are looking for people with Life & Pensions, Financial Planning, Investments or Insurance experience.
Supported by a close-knit team of industry and technology experts you’ll be given full training and support as you progress through your career as a consultant, working on some of the most interesting projects in Financial Services in the UK and abroad, and participating in growing the business.

The Business Consultant Role:
You’ll work with our team to deliver a wide variety of business consultancy projects across our client base, from market analysis and strategy to operating models and process design, helping them to innovate and improve their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client engagements and impactful consulting solutions
- Tailor innovative solutions to client needs and business goals
- Develop and share expertise in key Financial Services topics
- Build client relationships across many different clients
- Learn and develop your own FS knowledge and expertise
- Help create and bring to market new consulting propositions
About You:
- A good knowledge of Financial Services concepts, products, operations and trends
- Previous FS experience is essential
- Experience in strategy, change, operations, client facing or technical roles
- Previous consultancy experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong team ethos and collaborative working skills
- Passion for improving client and consumer outcomes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
