Roselands Resourcing is excited to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing Financial Services management consultancy in search of a Business Consultant. If you’re passionate about Financial Services and driven to deliver meaningful change and innovation, this could be the perfect next step in your career – even if you have no prior consulting experience. In particular right now they are looking for people with Life & Pensions, Financial Planning, Investments or Insurance experience. Supported by a close-knit team of industry and technology experts you’ll be given full training and support as you progress through your career as a consultant, working on some of the most interesting projects in Financial Services in the UK and abroad, and participating in growing the business. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver client engagements and impactful consulting solutions * Tailor innovative solutions to client needs and business goals * Develop and share expertise in key Financial Services topics * Build client relationships across many different clients * Learn and develop your own FS knowledge and expertise * Help create and bring to market new consulting propositions About You: * A good knowledge of Financial Services concepts, products, operations and trends * Previous FS experience is essential * Experience in strategy, change, operations, client facing or technical roles * Previous consultancy experience is a plus but not essential * Strong team ethos and collaborative working skills * Passion for improving client and consumer outcomes * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills If you’re interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!
