Reward & Benefits Analyst
Location: London (Zone 2)
Roselands Resourcing is delighted to partner with a leading professional services organisation seeking a talented Reward & Benefits Analyst.
Compensation, Benchmarking & Reward Operations
- Support the delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus modelling, and pay progression frameworks.
- Conduct internal job evaluations and contribute to the development of competitive, equitable reward structures.
- Review and help implement improvements to reward policies, benefits offerings, and internal processes.
- Analyse reward and market data to produce insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Payroll & Compliance Exposure
- Support payroll-related accuracy checks, ensuring reward inputs such as bonuses, commissions, overtime, allowances, relocation payments and statutory payments (SSP/SMP/SPP) are correct and compliant.
- Review timesheet exports to confirm casual hours and overtime are logged correctly.
- Liaise with external partners including pension and benefit providers, and where relevant, agents.
- Assist with year-end reporting including P60s and other compliance-related returns.
Benefits Strategy & Provider Management
- Support the design, review, and enhancement of employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare, wellbeing and lifestyle initiatives.
- Monitor benefit engagement, usage, and performance- recommending improvements where needed.
- Work closely with providers to ensure seamless service and a strong employee experience.
Data, Insights & HR Systems
- Manipulate and interpret HR and reward data to produce high-quality reports and dashboards.
- Build robust spreadsheets and tools – Excel will be one of your key platforms.
- Work with HR systems to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance data integrity.
- Exposure to systems such as Dayforce, Core HR, Engage, Myepaywindow and Concur is a plus.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HRBPs, managers, and Finance teams to deliver clear, accurate reward insights and solutions.
- Present data and recommendations confidently using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide a responsive, employee-focused service on all reward, benefits, and related queries.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Reward & Benefits or Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills essential; PowerPoint and Access desirable.
- Solid understanding of benefits schemes and reward structures.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems.
- A proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
