Roselands Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a financial services company based in London (W1F) who are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner.
Recruitment Business Partner Duties:
- Partner and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business to understand short and long-term resourcing needs.
- Design, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Lead and tailor end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Proactively identify and engage with top-tier talent through headhunting and direct sourcing to support succession planning and talent pipelining.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, assessment and selection methods, interview techniques, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to align recruitment activities with broader HR initiatives and strategies.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators, analyse trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities to meet reporting and audit standards.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and executive search firms, to deliver against hiring needs.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on headhunting, market mapping, and direct sourcing, ideally within the financial services or professional services sector.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability, with experience working as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven experience influencing and advising business leaders to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
- A track record of delivering a high-touch candidate experience aligned with organizational values and employer brand.
- Experience embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into sourcing and hiring practices, and confidently challenging the business to build inclusive teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, manage talent pipelines, and inform decision-making.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives to enhance recruitment capability and optimize processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), assessment tools, AI solutions, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and recruitment partners, ensuring accountability against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
- Comfort working with data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- (If applicable) Understanding of industry-specific regulations and how these apply to recruitment processes.
- A strategic and proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and anticipate business needs.
