Roselands Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Brighton to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a 4 month fixed-term contract.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who has some previous payroll experience and is available to start immediately.

The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, and comes with a range of great benefits, including free on-site parking, a subsidised canteen, and much more!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries via the inbox, face-to-face or by telephone, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist the team in processing payroll for the organisation.
  • Respond to enquiries and support in maintaining records.
  • Ensure pay and benefits data is correctly recorded in internal systems and archived according to statutory requirements.
  • Administer the monthly timesheet process.
  • Support ongoing payroll projects.
  • Draft and distribute letters related to payroll
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by your line manager.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, including health and safety.
  • Adhere to all applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
