Roselands Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a well established client in the Gatwick area who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner looking for their next move!

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the management of Employee Relations Cases across their client group.

Reporting into the Senior HR Business partner, the purpose of this role is to provide high quality ER advice and support to managers and staff, enabling managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that standards and objectives for the Employee Relations service are met and are consistent with policy, best practice and employment law.
  • Being part of the upskilling of line managers by creating and delivering briefing sessions for line managers on HR policies and processes.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that there is a shared understanding of policies and procedures working and review across the organisation.
  • A small part of this role will include overseeing the recruitment process which will sometimes involve shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
  • Involvement in various projects will also be required.

HR Business Partner Required skills:

  • Proven employee relations experience and an understanding of employment law.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to work with all levels of staff, providing comprehensive advice to develop and empower managers.
  • Be able to demonstrate how you have used analytical skills to highlight issues and areas of concern to improve performance.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
