We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener or tree surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor green spaces, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Responsibilities

  • Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilising plants to promote healthy growth
  • Using hand tools such as secateurs, spades, and rakes for various gardening tasks
  • Operating power tools like lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and efficiently
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
  • Conducting routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, and weed control
  • Monitoring plant health and identifying pests or diseases for prompt treatment
  • Assisting with the design and layout of garden beds and landscape features
  • Ensuring all outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable
