What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery
  • Mentor and support your team to deliver outstanding practice
  • Build strong relationships with families and local partners
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and Rosedene standards
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement

About You

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in early years
  • Senior leadership experience in a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Passion for outdoor learning and child development
