What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery
- Mentor and support your team to deliver outstanding practice

- Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and Rosedene standards

About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Minimum 2 years experience in early years
- Senior leadership experience in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development
