We are looking to recruit a trustworthy and passionate person who is ready to make a difference. Rosedene are recognised as pioneers in the early years industry, constantly innovating our childcare experiences, and we need curious thinkers to help us in our journey. We are now looking for experienced and confident Nursery Assistants to join us on a flexible Bank Staff, zero hours contract basis, at our nurseries across Stockton. Rosedene's Stockton based nurseries are at Redhill, Sunrise and Egglescliffe.
What will you be doing day to day? We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible bank Early Years Educators to join our supportive nursery teams. As a bank member of staff, you will provide cover for staff absences and busy periods across our nursery rooms. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- We are looking for confident Assistants, who are looking to get their teeth into a new challenge.
- You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working team.
- You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities.
- You will need similar childcare experience, or care experience.
- You will ideally have a relevant early years qualification, level 3 or above, though we will consider unqualified and level 2 applications.
