Role Overview

We\'re seeking confident, motivated Freelance Sales Representatives to help expand our global client base.

This is a commission-only, remote position best suited for self-driven individuals who can create their own outreach strategy, build relationships, and convert conversations into qualified clients.

There is no fixed salary or hourly rate — earnings are entirely based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through digital and social channels.
  • Present Rosebud Capital Investment\'s offer clearly, honestly, and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships founded on trust and transparency.
  • Manage your own outreach pipeline from first contact to close.
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition goals while maintaining quality standards.

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Organised, reliable, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with finance, trading, or investing is a plus (not required).

Compensation

This is a commission-only freelance contract with a tiered earning structure:

  • $100 per client for 0–10 onboarded clients
  • $150 per client for 11–25 clients
  • $200 per client for 26+ clients

Each client must complete a minimum deposit of £1,500 to qualify as a valid conversion.
