What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
  • Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
  • Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
  • Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role)
  • A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit
  • Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
  • Level 3 In Adult Social Care
