With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes , we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
- Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
- Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
- Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
