Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Roseberry Care, you’ll be a key part of our care team, bringing leadership, clinical excellence, and genuine compassion to everything you do. You’ll be responsible for:
- Safely administering and recording prescribed medication
- Leading care teams and supporting junior staff
- Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans
- Monitoring residents’ well-being, mobility, nutrition, and needs
- Communicating openly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring top standards of care and compliance are always met
What We’re Looking For:
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)
