Your Role:
As an Administrator, you will be proactive and highly organised to support and ensure the smooth operation of our home and administrative functions. The successful candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of office management. You’ll be responsible for:
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries from families, professionals, and staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and staff schedules.
- Support the care team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage rotas, staff timesheets, and holiday requests in coordination with the care manager.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in line with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
- Order and maintain supplies such as PPE, office equipment, and care materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or Health and Social Care (desirable).
- Previous administrative experience in a care, healthcare, or similar setting preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and care management systems (e.g., CarePlanner, PASS, or similar).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
