Hours: 44 Hours/week – Nights and Alternate Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Offer companionship and a friendly presence
- Support mental and emotional well-being
- Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition
Requirements:
- Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Care although this is not essential
- Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
- A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
