Salary: £12.71 Per Hour

Hours: 44 Per Week / Days and Alternate weekends

Your Role:

As a Care Assistant you will support our residents in their day-to-day lives, providing personal care, social activities, and meal times to promote independence and maximise quality of life.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
  • Help with mobility and transfers
  • Offer companionship and a friendly presence
  • Support mental and emotional well-being
  • Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
  • Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
  • A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
