Hours: 44 Hours/week Days and Nights with alternate weekends.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant you will support our residents in their day‑to‑day lives, including providing personal care, social activities, and meal times to promote independence and maximise their quality of life. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
  • Help with mobility and transfers
  • Offer companionship and a friendly presence
  • Support mental and emotional well‑being
  • Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in care although this is not essential
  • Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
  • A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
