With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
- Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
- Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
- Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role)
- A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit
- Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
- Level 3 In Adult Social Care
