Your Role:
As a Domestic Cleaner you will be a vital member of the team maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks across bedrooms, communal areas, and care facilities while ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas (lounges, dining rooms, hallways)
- Following infection prevention and control procedures in line with care home policies
- Disposing of waste safely and in accordance with health regulations
- Restocking cleaning supplies and informing management of low inventory
- Reporting maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- Participating in training relevant to the role (e.g. COSHH, safeguarding, infection control)
