At Roseberry Care, we’re looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to support our Home Manager in creating a nurturing, supportive environment where residents and team members truly thrive.
Location: Cedar Grange Residential Home, Main Street, Cherry Burton, Beverley HU17 7RF
Salary: £14.25 Per Hour
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the overall management of the home
- Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
- Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
- Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
- Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone
Qualifications:
- Experience in a senior care role (e.g. Senior Carer, Team Leader)
- NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 5 in Health & Social Care)
- A natural leader with strong communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for elderly care
