Roseacre Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, and help us deliver an outstanding education to our students. We are a vibrant, inclusive and forward-thinking school located in Blackpool.
As a HLTA at Roseacre Primary Academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff, leading targeted interventions and providing covering across all year groups.
The successful candidate will:
- Confidently deliver planned lessons across school to cover absences as required.
- Plan and lead targeted interventions to small groups for students requiring additional support.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to adapt planning and resources to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
We are looking to appoint a HLTA who is:
- Proactive, resilient, and caring professional who thrives in a bustling school environment.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt and accommodate changes.
- An inclusive mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
- Achieved HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification.
