Covering: High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Henley on Thames, Beaconsfield, Reading, Slough, Hayes, Windsor, Woking, Staines, Sudbury on Thames.

Basic Salary - £34,000 per annum + Overtime & Commission (OTE £40,000 per annum).

Role Description

This role of Field Service Engineer is a full-time remote position. Visiting 3 to 5 existing clients daily within your territory. Service, manage and develop client relationships and also identify new business opportunities. Service of sold equipment forms a large part of the role.

Required

  • Previous Internal or External Service experience within a technical field
  • Or previous Technical Customer Services or Internal Technical Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised - managing own diary
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Able to lift 30/40kg equipment
  • Extensive training given for this position.
