Salary £28,000 per annum + Bonus £1200.00 - £2000.00

Our client is seeking to find a friendly, outgoing, organised Service Co-ordinator to work closely with their Engineers and Customers in a fast-paced small team. Responsible for a team of engineers, usually 2-4 depending on experience.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and keeping them up to date with progress.
  • Arranging annual and bi-annual callouts for routing calibration for equipment.
  • Assist the engineers with diary management and routing, ensuring effective communication as a team.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, assist customers and our engineers with their requests, or re-direct calls to the correct person/department where necessary.

60% telephone liaison, 40% Invoicing.

Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours. Ensure the CRM system is kept accurate.
