- Taking new enquiries and quoting on various finance packages while understanding the different finance products.
- Supporting the Account Managers with marketing initiatives to generate new business (e.g., mail shots, customer calls, dealer visits).
- Packaging proposals to send to funders and following up as necessary with an understanding of funder criteria and rates.
- Providing additional information to banks/lenders as required.
- Handling customer queries and working through differences to achieve a positive customer outcome, using a variety of negotiation styles.
- Planning approaches and pitches that address customer needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Presenting new products and services while enhancing existing relationships.
- Supporting Account Directors in developing new business.
