Rugby 100% office-based £26,600 plus 2 x yearly bonus OTE £28,000. The role is dayshift working 37.5 hours a week. Our very successful and forward-thinking client is looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to join their HR Team. This role will provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Training & Development function, ensuring the effective planning, delivery, recording and reporting of training and development activities across the company. The role will support the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of apprentices and other emerging talent programmes whilst also coordinating learning activities for the wider workforce.

Duties:

  • Health & Safety
    • Participate in the development and promotion of the HSE culture.
    • Be familiar with the main health and safety risks and the main environmental impacts relating to the scope of his/her work.
    • Be familiar with the sites HSE policy and objectives.
    • To be able to make proposals for improving working conditions and limiting environmental impact.
  • Training & Development
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training & Development function.
    • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training activities.
