Permanent Customer Service Administrator

Location: Rugby (outskirts, car driver essential)

Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 - Plus Annual Bonus (Potential OTE £30,000)

Purpose of Role: To support the Sales Team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion.

Duties:

  • Responsible for order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing customers' expectations during the process and project closure phase.
  • To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
  • Finalisation of projects under the guidance of Sales Team.
  • Adhering to company processes and procedures.
  • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments.
  • Build excellent relationships with customers.

Experience:

  • Experience in customer services.
  • Knowledge of data-based systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (essential).
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
  • NVQ in Business Administration desired.
