Job Description:
Reporting into the Operations Director, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our client's manufacturing Operation and Sales Desk. Responsible for setting the strategic direction, you will be ensuring daily activities are delivered efficiently, priorities are coordinated, and teams are supported to achieve operational objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role, leading the Production team and Sales Desk staff (10-15 people across both areas), ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
