Our client is seeking to find a friendly, outgoing, organised Service Co-ordinator to work closely with their Engineers and Customers in a fast-paced small team.
- Responsible for a team of engineers, usually 2-4 depending on experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries and keeping them up to date with progress.
- Arranging annual and bi-annual callouts for routing calibration for equipment.
- Assist the engineers with diary management, routing and ensure you communicate as a team.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, assist customers and our engineers with their requests, or re-direct calls to the correct person/department where necessary.
- 60% telephone liaison, 40% Invoicing.
- Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours. Ensure the CRM system is kept accurate and up to date. Update the customer database, gather further details for customer records.
- Monitor the department email inbox and respond to customers based on the urgency.
Skills required:
- Experience within Customer Services essential.
- Preference given to those from an Automotive background (Service Advisor).
- Preference given to those with technical parts experience.
- Excellent telephone manner.
