Office Hours - (Monday – Friday)

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus scheme

Our experienced teams offer comprehensive expertise in all aspects of land and property management. We help clients unlock the full potential of their assets through specialist rural advice and a broad suite of professional services. These include commercial and residential property management, residential sales and lettings, new homes, client accounting, block management, and compulsory purchase.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards.
  • Delivery of landlord and tenant advice to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Regular communication with commercial property management teams.

Experience & Key Attributes

  • RICS, Registered Valuer.
  • Demonstrable experience valuing a range of property types, including industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, office properties and HMOs.
  • Proven experience delivering landlord and tenant advice.
  • Strong report writing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the local property market across the Midlands region.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues and recognises the contribution of others.
  • Confident and self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable, with a positive and proactive approach.
