Our client is a highly established and respected company in their industry. They are looking for a dedicated and professional Finance Manager to join their team in Rugby.
Role:- Managing a team of 4 Accounts professionals and an Office Manager.
- Providing motivational leadership and supportive development.
- Previous finance management experience/managing a team is essential.
- Managing the Finance Department.
- Produce quarterly management accounts.
- Reporting the financials to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Produce financial appraisals on prospective new members.
- Oversee annual audit.
- Professionally qualified with sound accounting and budgeting knowledge.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management role.
- Be capable of managing and working in a small team and display a flexible approach.
- Able to organise, prioritise workload and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficient in using various finance reporting tools as well as standard Microsoft Office software. Excel at intermediate level is a key requirement.
- Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and be a commercially minded Accountant with a keen eye for detail, who wants to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
- Experience of implementing a new finance system would be an advantage, but is not essential.
