Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Administrator

Rugby (outskirts car driver essential) £25,000 – £27,000 - Plus Annual Bonus – Potential OTE £30,000

Purpose of Role: To support the Sales Team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion.

Duties:

  • Responsible for order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing customers’ expectations during the process and project closure phase.
  • To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
  • Finalisation of projects under the guidance of Sales Team.
  • Adhering to company processes and procedures.
  • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments.
  • Build excellent relationships with customers.

Experience:

  • Experience in customer services.
  • Knowledge of data based systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (essential).
  • Strong Administration and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
  • NVQ in Business Administration – desired.

  • Objective-orientated.
  • Strong work ethic, open and reliable.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
